" Situated at Calabay Parc on highway 27 this wonderful villa is of a high standard and can easily accommodate 12 people very comfortably it is ideally situated for all Disney parks and shopping. I can honestly say all the 24 years we have been visiting Orlando this villa wins hands down for its location and amenities. The pool is amazin with the coloured lighting and the pool heating makes it even more enjoyable. Even the adults loved the themed rooms and games room has everything to suit all ages. You will not be disappointed with everything this villa has to offer. > All the other attraction parks apart from Disney are only about a half hour away and easy to find. > Our favourite local restaurant and a certain Must visit is Mannys located at Haines City this is approx fifteen mins away and more than worth the drive you won't be disappointed with both the menu choices and affordable prices. If you visit on a Wednesday it's BOGOF fajita night"

Owner and Managment Company/AAA Lux Villas,inc are not responsible for theft, injuries , Force Majeure: ie.. weather conditions, acts of god, nature, goverment, acts of war, riots, terriosim that are beyond owners/Managment company/AAA Lux Villas,inc Control.
| Travelers are advised to have their own travelers insurance in place before they travel.
$250.00 is due at time of booking . $400.00 Security Bond is due to be held in case damages occur or a credit card regristration form can be filled out at time of check in or booking to have a valid credit card on file in case of damages. Pictures and emails will be shown and discussed before any charges will be made. Please report any damages you find in villas within 24 hours after checking in to ensure you are not held responsible for damages.
These are all NON-SMOKING villas/ smoking in villas at any time will result in loss of bond or card on file can be charged up to $400 for smoke damage/smell in villas.
These are NON-PET villas/ having a pet in the villa can cost you up to $500 in fees if pet is found to be in villas/ unless owner of villa has notified us in writing that they have allowed you to bring a pet.
Pools are not supervised/ you are strongly advised to never allow your children to be around or near pools with out parental supervision/ NO diving at any time in any part of the pool. No glass or china around pool/ please use plastic dishes/cups when by pool.
Owner nor Managment company guarantee pool heating / weather can play determining factor on how well pool heaters work. Pool heaters are ran for a max of 12 hours when paid for , pool pumps and heaters do not run 24 hours a day.
Check in times are 4 pm on day of arrival/ Check out times are 11 am on day of departure. No early check ins or late check outs are allowed unless pre approved by AAA Lux Villas,inc.
When going out for the day, always put key to villa in lock box.
Full payment for villas will be due 30 days before checking into villas. If you cancel within 30 days before arrival, deposit will be returned.. If you cancel within 15 days before arrival, deposit plus 50% of rental amount is kept by owner.
Less than 15 days to arrival, full amount is kept by owner/ no refund.
Only guests listed on booking forms are allowed to be in villas. Atleast one lead party member must be 21 years or older to book villas.
Only two cars are allowed to be in villa drive ways, if you have a third car, please note you must park with flow of traffic in front of villas and never park on grass.
Pool pumps/ pool heaters are not to be tampered with at all during your stay at the villa.

Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home. The weather wasn’t as good as usual but it didn’t matter as we had the benefit of your home, so even when it rained and we stayed in it didn’t matter. When the weather was good your pool area was great for relaxing, no one overlooking you, just a view of trees, beautiful. Please pass my thanks to your Management Company, though I did call Rebecca on the last day to see if she wanted the alarm putting on (as it was turned off for our arrival, luckily) and I did thank her then. She looks after your home well as it was all very clean on our arrival, outside lights on in case we arrived in the dark, it all looked very welcoming. I love your décor and personal touches. I particularly liked the palm tree bed cover and pillows in the master suite and the animal print towels throughout the house. One of my favourite pictures was in the Jack and Jill bathroom, of a roll top animal print bath with sparkly feet, this fits so well in this bathroom with the shower curtain.
We would definitely stay with you again when we return to Florida, if you’ve got availability as I notice you are quite well booked up, but we will definitely contact you first before looking elsewhere and we would definitely recommend you to anyone. I will post a review shortly.
