"The villa has been everything that we hoped it would be- we have particularly enjoyed the pool area and the games room. While one or two very minor issues cropped up, Rebecca and her team have been right there to deal with them very quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed our stay in the house this past week. Rebecca was very responsive when we had the problem with the pool heat, and very generous to pass on the refund. There were some minor issues, but we didn't really have time for them to affect our visit. As I said, we were on the go so much we didn't really have any need for the TVs or gaming! Our younger girls did enjoy the table hockey though! I imagine others have suggested, but the blinds were a little rough. And the kids' comforters might need a upgrade..The kitchen was great, and the beds were very comfortable. I'm sure it's hard to keep up with a house that has so many guests! And I'm sure it would be nice if the people who stayed there treated it well, we had a wonderful time and would recommend it to our friends!"

"Wanted to write a review for Doug's place! My husband and I stayed there with my sister and my 1 year old son. Although we spent most days exploring the amusement parks we were able to really enjoy the condo. Some things about the place: The place was extremely clean and well taken care of. The condo has a luxurious feel to it, with many details thought of. There are 3 big spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom which was great! There is a big kitchen equipped with everything you may need and a very comfortable big dining area and den with a brand new TV! The resort is very big and well taken care of. The apartment looks out to a heated pool and a splash pad. The splash pad is not heated so we couldn't enjoy it in the "cold" (were from NY). Doug was very responsive and called in to check how we were doing. Rebecca was also very helpful and responsive with anything we needed. The condo is about 20 minutes away from the amusement parks. Overall, 2 thumbs up! Thanks for a great stay, we would definitely stay again!!!"
