A superb comfortable villa in the perfect setting for your dream
holiday. Our villa is loacated in Calabay Parc a well maintained
community that has CCTV just off highway 27. An ideal base for any
Florida holiday with easy access to Orlando attractions and
evertything Florida has to offer.
A south facing outside
area with pool and covered lanai, So you can enjoy the sun into the
evening hours. Pool heating is available on request for an
additional charge.
This superb villa has 4 bedrooms, 3
bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room and games
room. The living areas are fully conditioned with additional
ceiling fans in al 4 bedrooms, living room and lanai
area.
All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and all the
bedrooms have TV's and a safe in available in the
house.
Free WIFI is available throughout the
villa.
The primary bedroom has King bed with dressing area
and large ensuite bathroom.
The bathroom has his and hers
sinks, a large bathtub, a large shower and seperate private
toilet.
The second bedroom has queen bed with ensuite
bathroom .
The Bathroom has a shower over the bath and
seperate toilet with door access to pool area.
The other two
bedrooms have 2 twin beds and share the third bathroom.
All
bed linen, bathroom and pool towels are provided.
The
spacious living room has a high ceiling with sliding doors leading
out to the pool area with 50 -inch TV.
The kitchen and
dining area is fully equipped and provides everything you need to
prepare your own meals.
The laundry contains a washer and
dryer with iron and ironing board.
The gams room has a pool
table , air hockey and treadmill.
Local shops and
restuarants are a short drive away.
