"My family and I rented 540 Pineloch in Haines City June 16, 2014 - July 4, 2014. We had a wonderful vacation and I want to thank you all. Everyone at AAA Lux Villa was so helpful. From our initial contact with Rebecca to Brandi and also the gentleman who came by to adjust the pool we received exception service. Also, the house was very well cleaned and supplied. We have rented houses in the past but this was the best experience to date. We rented the same house in Davenport for four years in a row and were very disappointed when it sold and was no longer for rent but we all feel we have found a house we like even better and hope to return to for many years to come. We also very much enjoyed the Disney decorations in the house. It was delightful, especially for those in our party who had never been to Disney World before. The house is beautifully done and very comfortable. We were also pleased to find a house that featured three king size beds - so many have too many small beds. The security measures were another much appreciated feature. From the very polite gate personal to the outside lighting to the cameras and extra locks, we felt extra secure in this house. Have I mentioned how clean the house was? It is worth mentioning again! We tried to leave everything in its proper place and cause as little work as possible for your cleaning service, please tell them how impressed we were! The pool area was just right! Not too large or too small, the spa actually got warm (unlike some we have had before) and there is a concrete grilling pad outside the covered area. We enjoyed cooking and eating outside on several occasions. The front view from this house is lovely. There is a lakeview with a deck you can walk out on. We have, for many years, made a summer trip of at least two weeks to the Orlando area. We will be calling and hoping to rent this house again for years to come! Once more, thank you to everyone at your agency for your outstanding customer service and help."
"We were blown away as soon as we stepped inside, we have never stayed at a condo so large ! It was bigger than some single 3 bed homes we have booked in the past. My teenagers loved to 2 full beds in one room as most villas have 2 small twins in them, the king and queen beds were also very nice! The coffee , tea and hot cocoe packets were nice to have when we arrived before having to go grocerie shopping. AAA Lux Villas was very helpful and we were very impressed with the clean of the place, the owner was very helpful and personal! Made us feel like friends instead of just a booking. We will be back!! >Here at Orista Endless Summer Villa our beautiful 2300 sq.
ft., 4-bedroom 4-bath handicap accessible holiday retreat in the
Calabay Park Community. Central Air Conditioning and free WIFI in
the entire villa. Each bedroom has its own private
bathroom.
Starting with
the large master bedroom downstairs, with a king-sized bed. Plenty
of storage for your clothes with huge walk-in closet and dresser.
Ceiling fan and huge master bath including a large soaker tub and
separate handicap accessible barrier-free roll in shower. Also
downstairs are two additional themed kids bedrooms, one is themed
with MINIONS! And the other themed room is TOY STORY! Each with two
twin sized beds, ceiling fans and both with private full bathrooms.
Upstairs is your large private bedroom getaway with king sized bed
and full-sized private
bathroom.
>The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need
for that quick easy meal all the way to feeding the crew after a
long day at the
parks.
Living room has a
large 55" screen TV. Choose from one of the huge selections of DVDs
provided or find something to stream on the Roku which is installed
in all TVs in the villa.
The garage has been
converted into the Game Room with board games, slate top pool table,
Popashot dual basketball, and tabletop arcade that has 1164 classic
video games.
We have a
highchair for use as well as a pack n play portable play pen(cot),
stair gate is also available. There is also an inside Washer and
dryer so you can pack light, there's no need to return home with
dirty clothes. Laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and additional
trash bags to be provided by guest. We supply the first roll of
toilet paper in each bathroom to get you
started.
Ready to spend
some time in the pool? maybe the Spa? With the tropical garden
behind the pool, it offers you total privacy and is breathtaking
oasis, especially at night. With the completely screened in pool/spa
facing south you'll get plenty of bug free sunshine all day long.
Enjoy some time out of the sun sipping cool beverages at the patio
table under the spacious covered lanai area with ceiling fan. For
child safety, there is an alarm on the patio doors leading to the
pool deck that will sound if the bypass button is not pressed before
opening door.

Publix(groceries), 10 mins to Walmart... 20 mins to Disney... 35
mins to universal, 35 mins to Orlando airport and over 10 golf
courses within 30 min drive, how can you go wrong with the location!
Calabay Parc is a highly desirable quiet community just off route
27, 5 mins south of 192, and just a few miles from US4. Making it
easy access to all major routes and convenient to all local
supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants!
