The pool and hot was so relaxing each day and night! Home is spacious and lovely, we enjoyed it so much and loved the clubhouse and basketball courts so close to the home! What an amazing vacation we had in this Calabay parc villa!! The house was so clean. The beds were nice and comfy and the rooms were all a great size...plenty of room for our 3 kids. The couches were so nice and comfy to come back from the Disney parks. Disney was about a 20 minute drive and very easy to get to. There was a ton of restaurants, stores, etc. within 10 minutes or less of the villa. The best part about this villa was the pool!! We paid for the heater to be on and it was heaven!! My kids were in there every minute when we weren't at the parks. Even when we got back late at night, they would take a swim before bed with the pool lights on. Publix and Walmart were within 10 mins away for groceries...saved lots of money cooking at the villa on the charcoal grill rather than eating at restaurants. The villa was fully stocked with whatever you could possibly need. Jeremy could not have been more helpful and accommodating !! We will definitely be back!
Very beautiful 4 bed 3 bath modern vacation villa. Home has very
nice pool area with spa to relax all your worries away. New carpet
and flooring thru out home. Game room has pool and hockey table
along with a dart board for the whole family to enjoy together.

"Wanted to write a review for Doug's place! My husband and I stayed there with my sister and my 1 year old son. Although we spent most days exploring the amusement parks we were able to really enjoy the condo. Some things about the place: The place was extremely clean and well taken care of. The condo has a luxurious feel to it, with many details thought of. There are 3 big spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom which was great! There is a big kitchen equipped with everything you may need and a very comfortable big dining area and den with a brand new TV! The resort is very big and well taken care of. The apartment looks out to a heated pool and a splash pad. The splash pad is not heated so we couldn't enjoy it in the "cold" (were from NY). Doug was very responsive and called in to check how we were doing. Rebecca was also very helpful and responsive with anything we needed. The condo is about 20 minutes away from the amusement parks. Overall, 2 thumbs up! Thanks for a great stay, we would definitely stay again!!!"
"we stayed at 217 montera in calabay resort in october/november 2012. It was the most loveliest holiday we have had in florida. the villa was so spacious and clean ,it was designated to us by disney villas we wouldnt changed a thing because it met all our requirements .The staff could not do enough for us and becky was a great source of information we are coming back in november next year and will be using these villas again :) "
